Description: To make things happen, you need: * Completed higher education; * Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and operational routines of the unit. * Strong expertise in GMP, HACCP/APPCC, internal and external audits, and quality management. * Ability to plan and monitor goals, control costs, productivity, and process performance. * Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies (MAPA, Sanitary Surveillance, Environmental Agencies, Civil Police). * Experience in developing and managing quality documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, NC Reports, manuals). * Skill in implementing process improvements, supplier qualification, and cost reduction. * Proficiency in corporate tools: Excel (intermediate/advanced), Word, PowerPoint; Power BI; and SAP or Datasul EMS systems. It will be a differentiator if you have: * Specialization/postgraduate degree in related fields; * Ability to plan and coordinate people, process, and goal management for the unit. * Capability to manage production routines aligned with costs, deadlines, and quality and safety standards. * Ability to monitor and recommend strategic investments. * Direct involvement in internal and external audits. * Ensuring compliance with legislation and certifications. * Training teams and customers on quality and regulatory topics. * Leading activities related to continuous improvement and operational efficiency. 2512280202491887121
