Complementary training in dCAP (Digium-Certified Asterisk Professional) or higher, or a course covering Asterisk server installation, configuration, and administration with a minimum duration of 40 (forty) hours; Complementary training in Linux server administration or equivalent, with a minimum duration of 40 (forty) hours.
