Here, we respect and value diversity. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Developing and updating schedules, WBS (Work Breakdown Structures), progress curves, trend and variance analyses, charts, document lists, etc.; performing control and monitoring of low-, medium-, and high-complexity projects; identifying and mitigating potential risks; supporting resolution of project issues and decision-making; and keeping management informed about project deadlines and progress; * Monitoring project performance through tracking and analysis of financial indicators and forecasts to identify variances and propose corrective actions, ensuring the financial health of the project portfolio; * Supporting management and project teams in project monitoring and control, as well as in financial measurement processes, to ensure project quality and compliance with SGI and client requirements. **We expect you to have:** * Intermediate proficiency in Office, MS Project, and Power BI * Basic knowledge of project management and planning * Intermediate English proficiency **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in project management and planning * Experience with relational database environments (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL proficiency * Postgraduate degree in project management **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields **Benefits:** Health insurance plan with no monthly fee and co-payment; Dental insurance plan; Meal allowance or food allowance; Life insurance; Pharmacy network agreements; Extended maternity and paternity leave; Zenklub; Gym reimbursement; Childcare allowance; In-house English course; Home-office allowance (for hybrid and remote positions); 40-hour weekly work schedule; Partnerships with businesses across multiple sectors.
