Development of operational reports and spreadsheets ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** • Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with departmental operational routines; • Register, organize, and update customer data; • Prepare support reports for sales representatives, as well as operational spreadsheets for departmental control; • Assist in order tracking, from placement through delivery; • Maintain control and updating of commercial information. ***REQUIREMENTS*** • Completed high school education; • Bachelor’s degree in Administration is a plus; • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills; • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in this role; ***SKILLS*** Teamwork; Proactivity; Assertive communication; Problem-solving; Results-oriented mindset and strategic vision.
