The **Young Apprentice \- Administrative Assistant** will operate specific systems within their area of activity, using available software to help streamline work routines. They will also assist in various administrative tasks within the area, support the organization of physical and electronic document archives, and perform other related duties. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCRÉDITO!** **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in various administrative activities within the area; Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives; Assist with spreadsheets and data entry into department systems; Receive service requests, respond to them or forward them if not within their responsibility; Take initiative and contribute to the smooth operation of their work area; Ensure proper storage and preservation of document archives; Support internal and external customer service; Perform other duties related to the area. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** Age between 14 and 22 years; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts; Currently enrolled in or completed high school, or currently pursuing higher education; Commitment to fulfill the required workload (4 hours/day) at the workplace and in training courses; Attend the qualification course provided by the partner institution, CIEE (once a week). **Desirable:** Interest in administrative routines. **Note:** After hiring, the apprentice will participate in a formal apprenticeship program.
