Focus on flight safety and cargo handling Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and ambulation throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, inspecting and scanning the floor for fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Supervise aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Inspect and supervise baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft in accordance with the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Segregate baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), ensuring correct loading onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for the appropriate flights; * Load baggage and cargo into aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling recommendations (e.g., fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and place them at designated locations (retrieval carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections through volume identification label reading; * Inspect and monitor cargo and baggage packaging to verify compliance with transportation requirements, thereby ensuring flight and handler safety; * Correctly handle and allocate baggage and cargo within aircraft holds, observing internal retention and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshaling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within the timeframes established for each service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment anomalies encountered during operations to supervisors. 2512050202181571390
