Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing duties, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, floor inspection and sweeping to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Safeguard aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Inspect and safeguard baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Sort baggage and cargo volumes into airport screening areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), aiming to load them onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, including special handling instructions (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels, placing them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Sort baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise packaging of cargo and baggage to verify compliance with transportation requirements, ensuring flight safety and safety of personnel handling the items; * Properly handle and allocate baggage and cargo into aircraft holds, observing internal restraint and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within established timeframes based on service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment needing repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment malfunctions during operations to supervisors. 2511030202241571390
