Requirements: * Currently pursuing technical or higher education in private security management, electronics, information technology, logistics, administrative fields, or related areas; * 1 year of experience in asset security; * Computer literacy; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with monitoring and alarm systems. Responsibilities: * Monitor cameras via the CCTV system to prevent suspicious behavior or review previously occurred events; * Immediately report camera-detected issues to the department manager upon identification to ensure prompt and effective action; * Verify the functionality of cameras, the monitoring system, and the communication system to promptly and effectively resolve any issues; * Submit service requests to address potential problems identified in cameras, the monitoring system, or the communication system; * Check camera positioning and visibility to ensure proper and functional operation aligned with company needs; * Operate monitoring equipment carefully and responsibly, ensuring its preservation and proper use as Vonixx property; * Retrieve and isolate retrospective images whenever requested by a manager or authorized authority; * Prepare reports and, when necessary, document incidents with all relevant details—including the incident itself, location, individuals involved, time, equipment used, and other pertinent information—to support subsequent development of preventive action plans.
