




Job Summary: Customer support via phone and chat for diagnostics, remote assistance, and service order management, with information recorded in internal systems. Key Highlights: 1. Service order management and information recording Responsibilities: * Handle customer calls and chats, create service protocols, and record information; * Perform remote connectivity diagnostics and check equipment status using the provider's internal platforms; * Reset, reconfigure, or update equipment as needed; monitor incidents until resolution and maintain organized records; * Create, prioritize, and assign service orders to external technicians; * Provide remote support during installations, maintenance, and equipment replacements; * Communicate simple financial updates and other requests related to registration updates; * Record all interactions in internal systems (CRM, ERP). Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in internal technical support within the telecom sector is desirable; * Knowledge and basic understanding of technology; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule; * Availability for on-site work in the Aracapé neighborhood.
