Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for managing office supplies, organizing files, preparing daily and monthly reports, analyzing credential requests, and performing other related activities for the Traffic Department.

3. Execution of support activities for the Traffic Department
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage, request, and distribute office supplies for departmental use, and occasionally replenish internal cash registers with change or supplies as needed;
* Organize and maintain the department’s document archives;
* Prepare daily reports containing various information about the department;
* Prepare and submit specific monthly reports to the Parking Administrator;
* Daily report to all shopping center departments the number of vehicles from the previous day, with statistical comparisons to prior months and years;
* Receive credential requests, analyze each case, and produce corresponding access cards;
* Perform other tasks consistently related to the Traffic Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Completed High School education;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
