The company is seeking a Junior Human Resources Analyst in Eusébio. **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection processes for high-volume operational positions. Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media. Screen resumes and conduct individual and group interviews. Administer tests and group dynamics, when necessary. Support endomarketing initiatives and organizational climate activities. Update HR controls, metrics, and reports. Provide general HR support. Collaborate with the Payroll Department to monitor electronic timekeeping, vacation schedules, and other administrative tasks. Previous experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training Coordinator, or Human Resources Intern may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
