Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals—and even more about yourself. **Responsibilities and attributions** **DATA:** Location: Maracanaú Applications until: 05/22/2026 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Operate production machines for tissue paper conversion (packaging machine, baling machine, and cutting machine), following safety regulations and standard quality and production procedures, ensuring compliance with pre-determined product parameters; * Ensure the proper operation of the packaging machine, guaranteeing that the final product meets the quality specifications previously established by the customer; * Align pending issues and information regarding the production process with previous shifts, verifying any occurrence notifications—such as problems, corrective maintenance actions, and non-conformities; * Perform phase/production changeovers based on the production order, following established procedures. * Guarantee the proper functioning of equipment within your area of responsibility through daily inspection checklists, reporting deviations related to safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, and other aspects. * Assist Packaging Operators Level 2 and Rewinding Operators to support required activities and ensure smooth production flow. * Participate in performance meetings for the production line in your area of responsibility together with the rewinding operator, monitoring and updating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the process through deviation analysis and other methods, proposing corrective actions and improvement opportunities. * Understand common product and packaging defects, escalating questions to Level 2 operators when needed. * Monitor and inspect products to ensure compliance with established specifications, preventing process losses; * Continuously monitor processes and equipment to prevent deviations; * Comply with quality, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures, in accordance with Suzano’s internal policies; * Use all required PPE during task execution and in all internal facilities where mandatory use is stipulated per occupational safety regulations. * Promote and guide the Daily Safety Dialogue; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of machines, equipment, and the workplace, keeping the production line organized; * Know and practice SIG procedures and regulations; * Act autonomously and responsibly. * Complete available Safety Training courses listed in the employee training matrix and perform tasks only upon authorization and qualification. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Completed High School education; * Availability to work under a rotating shift schedule (6X2); * Residency in Maracanaú or surrounding region. **Additional information** **WE HAVE MUCH MORE THAN JUST PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Healthcare benefits: Medical plan, Dental plan, and Life insurance; Meal voucher (VR) or cafeteria access, Grocery allowance (VA) to assist with supermarket purchases, and an additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income is important—but beyond that, we offer extra income through our Annual Variable Compensation Program; For future planning, we provide private pension; We practice home office for corporate roles, flexible working hours, and a casual dress code; To generate and share value, we offer e-learning courses and training on our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it’s also good for the world!
