Development of control reports and dashboards **MTECH is looking for a Junior Planning Analyst to join our team and work on planning, control, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes, directly contributing to the company's operational efficiency.** **Key Responsibilities** * **Register equipment in the system, define maintenance frequency, and generate service orders;** * **Develop and update the service schedule, allocating tasks among technicians;** * **Maintain and monitor the schedule within the system;** * **Contact customers to schedule and reschedule services;** * **Request necessary travel and transportation for service execution;** * **Develop periodic reports and control dashboards;** * **Support integration among operational teams;** * **Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.** **Requirements** * **Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Technology, or related fields;** * **Knowledge or experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC);** * **Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and performance indicators;** * **Familiarity with project management and continuous improvement concepts;** * **Experience in the service-provision sector is a plus.** **Salary and Benefits** * **Competitive salary commensurate with the role;** * **Benefits according to company policy.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: starting from R$2\.000,00 per month
