Job Mission Responsible for distributing products to customers, aiming to strengthen the brand and ensure the highest service levels with safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Strategic participation in personnel selection, onboarding, offboarding, or internal transfers; Monitoring and supervising the team in an interdisciplinary manner, exercising directive authority over routine area processes such as disciplinary measures, planning and granting of vacations, and development of individual team development plans, among others; Defining the optimal distribution scenario through route planning; Conducting DDS and DCS meetings with teams, addressing safety and performance indicators; Ensuring distribution routines based on PEL routines; Contracting freight and spot services using route planners’ reports (SAP); Validating routes by physically accompanying trucks (route monitoring) and analyzing ongoing work; Holding weekly meetings to monitor indicators; Validating route planners’ plans using reports; Monitoring working hours; Supporting return processes (above R$ 500.00\) at delivery time; Monitoring indicators via Dashboards, using daily emails from the logistics analyst; Academic Qualifications Completed Bachelor’s degree Requirements Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH B) — definitive Experience in people management Experience in distribution and logistics routines Intermediate Office suite proficiency Benefits We deeply Care about your health!
