Provide basic support and track leads in the CRM **FUNCTION:** Customer Service Management (GA) **MISSION:** Efficiently qualify leads by initiating the customer journey with agile and accurate service, ensuring delivery of financially compatible prospects to the sales team. **BRIEF DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for pre\-sales support of leads generated by marketing campaigns, conducting high-volume outreach via WhatsApp or phone, following standardized scripts to collect customer information and assess financial compatibility. Forward qualified leads to the sales team, document interactions in the CRM system, and provide basic support for initial inquiries. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** o Interact with leads generated by marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) via WhatsApp or phone to perform pre\-sales tasks. o Conduct initial financial screening to determine whether the customer’s income is compatible with the target property or product. o Follow standardized scripts to collect customer profiles and accurately document information in the system. o Forward qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up. o Maintain a high volume of contact attempts to maximize lead qualification rates. o Provide basic customer support by answering direct questions about products or services. **SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitor and track leads forwarded to the sales team, using the CRM system to ensure timely engagement. Conduct check\-ins with customers and real estate agents, identifying barriers to closing sales and auditing the system for corrective actions. Follow interaction scripts and contribute to sales targets with campaign-based incentives.
