This could be your chance to join Cores do Futuro. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation of the daily production schedule by analyzing inventory levels, order backlog, and sales forecasts using **TOTVS**, **QlikView**, and **Excel** reports. * Participate in daily operational meetings, assisting in identifying and analyzing bottlenecks in the production flow. * Assist in gathering and monitoring data on produced volume, scheduled volume, and projections via **TOTVS**, **QlikView**, and **Excel**. * Issue, allocate, and release production orders, directing operational demands to warehouse and factory teams. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program — **from the 5th semester onward** — in Administration, Logistics, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Availability to intern for 30 hours per week. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Intermediate knowledge of Excel or control tools; * Agile methodologies and Continuous Improvement: familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban, or PDCA. * ERP/BI system knowledge: basic understanding or familiarity with **TOTVS**. #### **Benefits:** Internship stipend of R$ 1\.490,40 Meal or Food Allowance (Pluxee) worth R$ 336,00 Transportation Allowance (no employee deduction) Profit Sharing Program (PPR) – annual payment Wellhub (formerly Gympass) – wellness and quality of life Access to therapy sessions – mental health care Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Birthday Day Off – because celebrating matters too!
