




Job Summary: A sales professional focused on indicator analysis, commercial proposal development, and strategic support to the sales team, including customer portfolio analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze sales and performance indicators. 2. Support the sales team with strategic reports and analyses. 3. Conduct customer portfolio analysis to identify growth opportunities. * Collect payments, negotiate, unblock sales, and interact with customers. * Analyze sales indicators (revenue, average transaction value, product mix, margin, performance) by salesperson and channel. * Prepare, monitor, and control budgets, commercial proposals, and sales terms together with managers. * Conduct customer portfolio analysis to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and recovery. * Support the sales team with reports, dashboards, and strategic analyses. * Monitor commercial targets and support performance tracking. * Identify market trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improving commercial processes. * Support standardization of commercial processes, controls, and routines. * Provide store managers with information and facilitate interdepartmental communication. * Substitute for store managers when necessary.
