RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for organizing, restocking, and ensuring the proper presentation of fresh products (such as fruits, vegetables, and legumes) on supermarket shelves. Must inspect product quality, remove damaged or expired items, restock sections according to available inventory, and ensure products are always well displayed and accessible to customers. Additionally, must monitor expiration dates and comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Basic knowledge of appropriate cleaning procedures for products and work areas, adhering to food safety standards and good hygiene practices. Ability to identify and sort products by type, size, and quality.
