We operate across the entire energy chain, with activities in generation, distribution, transmission, trading, and energy solutions. **In this position, you are expected to:** Manage Live Line teams in executing emergency or scheduled services; Conduct all safety procedures during service execution, whether on Energized Networks or Deenergized Networks; Provide technical support to electricians during service execution on Energized and Deenergized Networks; Be responsible for the service quality delivered by the team under your supervision; Perform emergency response, scheduled maintenance, and commercial services on MT/LV networks, both on Energized and Deenergized lines, maintaining electricity supply at predefined levels; Perform emergency response services on low and medium voltage networks (either Energized Networks or); Perform scheduled maintenance services on low and medium voltage networks; Perform scheduled and emergency pruning services on low and medium voltage networks (contact method/controlled zone/free zone); Perform/support feeder switching operations on medium voltage networks; Perform commercial services (on demand) on low voltage networks; During emergency response activities, conduct thorough circuit inspections to identify the actual cause of the issue and correct it; During emergency response activities, maintain clear communication with CCBT/MT throughout network interventions; Exhaust all available and standardized options before requesting additional resources or activity cancellation; Adjust transformer TAPs during emergency and scheduled operations and perform load balancing on circuits; Perform instantaneous and sample voltage level measurements upon request and load balancing; **Requirements**: High school diploma completed. Electric Power Distribution Electrician course, minimum 240 hours. Experience as an Energized Lines Electrician (at least 3 years) or Live Line Supervisor, Basic NR\-10 Course (40 hours). Complementary Course (SEP) under NR\-10 (40 hours). Working at Heights Training \- NR\-35 (16 hours). Desirable: Aerial Bucket Operation Training \- according to Annex XII of NR\-12. Experience as an energized network electrician. Desirable experience as team leader or supervisor. Driver's license category B. Heavy vehicle driving license C or D – desirable. **Job Description** The **First Stage Furniture Production Manager** will be responsible for the complete management of production areas involved in the initial transformation of solid wood and panels, ensuring compliance with production plans, product quality, and process efficiency. This stage covers from the pre\-cutting of raw materials to the final assembly of structural parts, delivering the product to **bone stock** — the stage marking the end of their responsibility in the production flow. **Areas under responsibility** **Solid Wood (4 supervisors):** * Solid Pre\-Cut – Supervisor: Edson * Solid Pre\-Machining – Supervisor: Régis * Solid Machining – Supervisor: Waldir * Solid Assembly – Supervisor: Germano **Panels (1 supervisor):** * Panel Cutting * Panel Machining * Panel Assembly * Responsible Supervisor: Gustavo Total of **5 supervisors** and approximately **149 direct employees**. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and coordinate all production stages for solid wood and panels, ensuring achievement of production targets, quality standards, and deadlines set by PCP. * Ensure integration between pre\-cutting, machining, and assembly areas, optimizing resources and processes. * Monitor daily performance indicators (OEE, productivity, efficiency, and absenteeism). * Promote continuous improvement of production processes, focusing on waste reduction and increased productivity. * Supervise and develop area supervisors and team leaders, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork. * Ensure correct use of **FoccoERP** for production reporting and control. * Monitor weekly production scheduling and ensure compliance according to PCP guidelines. * Use control tools such as **hourly board**, **Taget**, and operational indicators to track production pace and performance. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Previous experience in industrial production management, preferably in the furniture or timber industry. * Knowledge of machining and assembly processes for solid wood and MDF. * Experience with performance indicators and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.). * Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably **FoccoERP**). * Strong leadership, analytical profile, and ability to make decisions under pressure. **Advantages** * Experience with CNC machinery and automated process management. * Experience in serial and custom production (corporate sector). * Skills in managing large and multifunctional teams.
