We are looking for a **Purchasing Manager** to lead our procurement operations, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and alignment with organizational objectives. The professional will be responsible for **managing and enhancing direct and indirect purchasing processes**, conducting negotiations with domestic suppliers, and securing the best cost\-benefit ratio for the company. They will work collaboratively with **Logistics, Planning, and Finance** departments to ensure operational fluidity and synergy. We seek someone with **strategic vision**, **strong negotiation skills**, and **solid experience in industrial procurement**, who focuses on results and continuous improvement. Proficiency in the **Protheus (TOTVS) system** is essential for process control and monitoring—from purchase requisitions to performance reporting. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and optimize direct and indirect purchasing processes; * Develop procurement strategies; * Control and coordinate purchases for headquarters and branches, developing acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives; * Conduct contract, pricing, delivery schedule, and commercial terms negotiations with domestic suppliers; * Propose continuous improvements; * Manage the purchasing team, promoting technical and behavioral development; * Collaborate with departments such as Logistics, Planning, and Finance to ensure process integration; * Use the Protheus (TOTVS) system for order management, requisitions, approvals, and performance reporting. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in industrial procurement. * Advanced knowledge of the Protheus (TOTVS) system—essential requirement; * Skills in cost analysis, strategic planning, and supplier management; * Advanced Office suite proficiency (especially Excel); * Analytical, dynamic profile with a results-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Industrial Management; * Experience in cost reduction projects and implementation of operational improvements. **Additional Information** Meal allowance; On-site lunch; Health and dental insurance; Gympass; Psychologist referral program; PLR (Profit and Results Sharing); Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy;
