JOB MISSION: We seek a Controller Analyst to support the company's economic and financial management, ensuring the quality, reliability, and timeliness of managerial information. The professional will play a strategic role in product-level performance analysis, development of automation solutions, and continuous enhancement of processes and internal controls—directly contributing to improved performance and leadership decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and analyze managerial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and financial KPIs); Conduct monthly managerial closing, ensuring data consistency and reliability; Perform cost and profitability analysis by product, channel, or business unit; Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze variances, and propose performance improvements; Develop and implement automation of reports and finance routines to increase efficiency and information quality; Drive process and internal control improvements; Support internal and external audits, as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Analytical ability. Attention to detail. Communication skills. Experience in the Controller area. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of automation tools such as Power BI/Python. Knowledge of managerial accounting, margins, costs, and financial metrics.
