Support leaders in feedback processes and other related follow-up activities arising from evaluations. Assist in delivering training related to these topics and manage satisfaction surveys. Identify opportunities for improvement, tools, and policies to enhance the execution of development-related processes, and perform other duties pertinent to the role.
