Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring network environments, resolving issues, providing support to customers and web services, documenting technical solutions, and generating reports. Documentation of solutions and availability reports **NOC Operator – Cybercorp \- São José dos Pinhais** **Main Responsibilities:** Provide customer service following the prescribed script Monitor the environment Do not wait for hosts to fail; resolve issues proactively, preferably while they are still in "Warning" status If unable to resolve, escalate to an analyst Perform remote tests during customer service according to established procedures Log service tickets corresponding to activities performed during support Guide customers and answer their questions Verify and recover data as required Monitor networks using available monitoring tools Monitor web and virtualized services, providing appropriate support Track all actions occurring during the shift to integrate information Maintain the shift handover system Execute backup scripts when necessary Check emails and respond appropriately Continuously seek knowledge to improve support routines Keep the workplace organized and maintain equipment related to job functions Document technical solutions in the shift handover system Generate monthly availability reports for monitored services (provided they are pre\-configured and available in the monitoring tool) Implement and configure new services in the monitoring software Supervise external and internal technicians delivering services at company facilities Diagnose equipment issues related to required resources and functionalities **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Minimum 1 year of prior experience.
