Train other colleagues on existing processes **You could be our new** **Production Operator III** **Campo Largo/PR** Main Responsibilities * Conduct quality tests and inspections of products and processes within your area, following activity procedures; * Properly dispose of, weigh, and record waste according to procedure, aiming to control process waste; * Perform data entry into systems, complete, and analyze area performance indicators (SPQDC); * Move materials along the production line per procedure, ensuring material and process traceability; * Perform format changes in processes; * Train other colleagues on existing processes; * Assist other operators with basic process operations, follow instructions and procedures to improve machine efficiency; * Escalate process anomalies to the area leader via the support chain; * Supply and retrieve materials and products, adhere to area-specific procedures, and ensure process efficiency; * Ensure your own safety as well as that of other colleagues by following company regulations and procedures; * Manage products with environmental impact awareness; * Maintain area and equipment organization and cleanliness per cleaning procedures, ensuring optimal working and machine conditions; * Operate low-, medium-, and high-complexity machines independently; * Perform autonomous machine maintenance management; * Initiate and monitor machine maintenance activities; * Ensure proper equipment operation and correct equipment failures. Proactively and sustainably perform duties, maintaining awareness of environmental impacts and hazards and risks arising from your activities, seeking to minimize them and practicing active care. Commit to the company’s environmental, health, and safety policy to meet SIG Group standards. * Your Skills, Experience, and Education * Completed High School;; * Basic computer skills; * Technical course in mechanics, electrotechnics, mechatronics, or related fields; * 3–5 years’ experience in production areas; * Availability to work on a 6x2 shift schedule; * Availability to work the 2nd shift (2:20 PM–10:30 PM\).
