Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, calibrating, and monitoring machine performance; performing maintenance; ensuring quality; and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Adjusting and monitoring machine parameters to ensure production. 2. Performing corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure quality. 3. Participating in the filling process of injectables, semi-solids, and powders. Prepare, calibrate, and monitor machine performance; maintain product records; perform maintenance; and ensure quality. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, and carry out other tasks as directed. * Adjust machine parameters (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure, etc.) to ensure production complies with required specifications. * Periodically monitor machine performance to ensure production proceeds according to the established schedule. * Maintain records of approved and defective finished units or products, following instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Conduct tests, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure quality and longevity. * Promote workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness across all production areas to maintain a safe and conducive working environment. * Participate in the filling process of injectables, semi-solids, and powders, adhering to quality-related guidelines and regulations, including verification of drug characteristics and compliance with required standards. * Accurately record all activities performed—including control parameters, maintenance, production, and any process deviations—to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the pharmaceutical industry and ensure safe working conditions for all operators involved in the process. * Perform other duties relevant to the department as needed.
