Teamwork for optimization of production processes **Production Assistant** Company: Strong Metais, a market-specialized company manufacturing metal tiles, gutters, and flashings. **Main Responsibilities:** Operational Activities: Work on the production line, operating machines and equipment according to instructions and established standards. Material Preparation: Assist in sorting and organizing raw materials and supplies required for production. Quality Control: Perform visual and manual inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Loading and Material Handling: Load and unload materials in the production area using appropriate equipment and following safety regulations. Basic Preventive Maintenance: Support cleaning and maintenance of machines and equipment, reporting potential failures or irregularities to the technical supervisor. Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized production environment, adhering to safety regulations and good manufacturing practices. Process Collaboration: Work as part of a team to optimize production processes and achieve daily targets. **Requirements:** Experience in industrial production, preferably in the metals or construction materials sector. Basic knowledge of machinery and ability to read production orders. Ability to perform manual tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
