During the program, trainees will have the opportunity to **work on real projects**, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of **robust, intelligent, and sustainable technological solutions**. Throughout the program, you will follow a **structured Development Path**, with a **Y-shaped Career Plan** allowing progression either in **technical specialization** or in **people and project leadership**, while also developing **multidisciplinary skills** in Backend, Frontend, and Artificial Intelligence. The **Program** will last **6 months**, during which participants will experience a **Development Journey** including technical training, mentorship, and immersion in Backend, Frontend, and Artificial Intelligence areas. At the end of the program, outstanding trainees will be **hired as Developers**, taking on strategic roles within AVB’s Systems Engineering and Innovation team.
