Supporting the development and implementation of new products **Position: Pastry Assistant** **Location:** Bakery – Bongi, Recife/PE **✅** **Required Qualifications** * Completed high school; * Prior experience in this role; * Organization, punctuality, and proactivity; * Proficiency with pastry tools and equipment; * Basic knowledge of good hygiene and food handling practices; * Attention to detail and focus on maintaining quality standards; * Ability to follow technical recipes and instructions; * Willingness to learn and contribute to new product development; * Ability to work collaboratively and maintain pace during peak periods; * Must reside in Recife/PE. **Responsibilities** * Assist in producing cakes, pies, sweets, and desserts according to technical recipes and product lists; * Support the development and implementation of new products; * Organize and sanitize tools, equipment, and work areas; * Ensure product quality standards and presentation.
