Job Summary: Coordinate material withdrawals from the warehouse, manage inventory in SAP, prepare material usage reports, and ensure fiscal documentation for materials used in field projects. Key Highlights: 1. Physical and virtual inventory management to maintain record accuracy. 2. Preparation of detailed reports on material usage. 3. Ensuring compliance with fiscal documentation for materials. ***Responsibilities:*** Coordinate physical material withdrawals from the warehouse by electricians for field service execution, and simultaneously perform parallel control in the SAP system, virtually unassigning materials from corresponding projects. Prepare detailed reports on the usage of withdrawn materials, specifying where and how they were applied in each project. Ensure all records are accurate and complete to prevent virtual material returns and financial penalties. Prepare and supplement invoices and other required documents to substantiate applied materials, ensuring all documentation requirements are met. Inventory Management: Monitor and control physical and virtual inventory, performing adjustments and corrections as needed to maintain inventory record accuracy. ***Requirements:*** Technical education in electrical engineering or completed logistics program. Proven experience in inventory and materials management, preferably within electrical sector companies or similar industries.
