Work for a large-scale company in the distribution and logistics sector This opportunity is with a large-scale company in the distribution and logistics sector, recognized for its strong market presence and operations focused on efficiency, quality, and excellence in customer service. **Responsibilities**: * Lead and develop the operational team, ensuring alignment and productivity; * Monitor daily operational activities, ensuring service-level agreements are met; * Operate and monitor the route planning system, performing analyses and optimizations when necessary; * Monitor operational KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions; * Manage administrative routines related to the team and operations; * Identify and resolve operational issues; * Maintain constant communication with customers, partners, and internal departments. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in supervision or leadership of logistics operations; * Completed undergraduate or technical degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Proficiency in using systems; * Ability to analyze and monitor operational KPIs; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and leadership profile. **Location: Jaboatão dos Guararapes, PE** **Compensation:** To be discussed.
