Growth opportunity **About the position** We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to support the setup and operation of our new Distribution Center in Pernambuco. This position will play a fundamental role in controlling logistics processes, ensuring efficiency, organization, and operational support for the DC. **Main responsibilities** * Monitor and oversee goods receipt, storage, and dispatch processes; * Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (inventory, delivery lead times, service levels, etc.); * Support transportation and distribution planning; * Perform inventory control and analysis, supporting cycle counts and accuracy; * Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes; * Act as liaison with carriers and internal departments; * Support the Logistics Coordinator in daily operational and administrative DC activities; * Ensure accurate data entry into systems (ERP/WMS). **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics; * Knowledge of inventory control and warehousing processes; * Intermediate Excel skills (advanced proficiency preferred); * Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems; **Behavioral competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical mindset * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Teamwork ability **Additional information** * Competitive salary range aligned with the regional market; * On-site work at the Pernambuco DC; * Growth opportunity within the operational structure.
