**CHALLENGES:**
Responsible for controlling warehouse operations, including: receipt of finished products (PA), receipt of returns, loading of finished products (PA), container loading, fast-moving assets, and logistics operations involving finished product storage, inventory, and internal movements—ensuring no disruption in operational logistics flows and that all demands are delivered with excellence, within deadlines, complying with established quality procedures, current legislation, quality standards, and at the lowest possible cost through appropriate allocation of human, technical, and material resources.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Ensure compliance with warehouse routines, quality programs, employee safety, and integrity and quality of our products;
* Achieve departmental and company-established targets;
* Management of personnel and third-party contractors;
* Equipment management (forklifts, data collectors, and others);
* Broad communication flow between shifts and departments;
* Order management for loading onto the production schedule;
* Conduct shift handovers, ensuring accurate and high-quality information reporting;
* Comply with corporate guidelines, procedures, and work instructions;
* Maximize the efficiency of logistics operations under responsibility, continuously seeking process improvement;
* Size factory inventory according to production scheduling; during the assigned shift, aiming for optimal utilization of resources and storage space;
* Develop action plans and improvement projects for the area;
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields (mandatory);
* Courses in people management are a plus;
* Solid experience in the field (Industrial Logistics);
* Availability to work rotating shifts;
* Knowledge of safety practices;
* Familiarity with quality tools (TPM, GMP, 5S, and others).
