Job Description Process reservation requests by checking system availability. Inform the guest of all details, such as room rate, room type, check-in/check-out times, etc. Be responsible for the hotel’s reservation email inbox—answering guest inquiries and confirming reservations received via this channel. Greet guests in accordance with the brand’s service style. Act as a service facilitator, providing basic information about hotel operations. • Verify the reservation, request completion of personal data on the FNRH (when required), and check required identification documents. Ensure compliance with lodging laws for minors and issue the room key. Serve as the primary liaison between guests and other hotel departments, receiving their requests, suggestions, complaints, etc. Seek resolution and escalate information to the responsible department when necessary. Stay updated on city-related information, including entertainment options, local events, etc. Offer and register guests in the loyalty program according to guidelines. Pay special attention to regular guests and Le Club members. Ensure differentiated welcome treatment and offer available Soft Benefits based on their tier and preferences. Answer telephone calls in accordance with the brand’s service style. Provide wake-up calls upon guest request. Ensure adherence to Front Desk practices and Autocontrol procedures. Assist guests at the hotel restaurant/bar/convenience store when needed, in the spirit of versatility. Monitor room availability across the property using the distribution system (TARS, Omnibees, or other applicable systems), considering the hotel’s actual operational reality. Prevent discrepancies between reservations and occupied rooms. Close guest accounts by verifying with the guest that all charges have been correctly posted. Present the invoice, clarify any questions, and make corrections when necessary. For ibis budget, payment must be collected at check-in; all other charges must be billed separately. Review and organize documents after check-out to prepare and send the invoice with the tax receipt to the guest. Be responsible for safeguarding all revenue (cash and credit cards). Monitor cash flow and ensure no discrepancies occur. Perform cash control and closing, recording transactions per Autocontrol guidelines. Execute corrections if needed and secure all revenue in the safe. Verify tax receipts for correct guest and company names, amounts, and payment methods. Ensure no tax receipts are missing and arrange them in descending chronological order. Check outstanding balances and pending accounts. Maintain petty cash control per Autocontrol guidelines. Print and justify reversals performed during your shift. Analyze discrepancies between reservations and occupied/vacant rooms per Autocontrol guidelines. Review reports related to room rates and segmentation to verify accuracy of values and codes. Manage luggage storage and delivery. Charge fees in accordance with the brand’s policies. ibis-specific requirement: Inspect the “15-Minute Mission” cabinet, verifying housekeeping and maintenance items for emergency use and activation.
