Job Summary: As a Shipping Assistant, you will be responsible for order picking, packaging, and preparing goods, actively collaborating with other departments to ensure continuous operational flow. Here, you will find an environment that values respect, diversity, teamwork, and continuous development. **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** * Accurately picking orders by codes, quantities, and deadlines. * Packaging, labeling, and preparing goods for transportation, ensuring protection and traceability. * Assembling product kits according to instructions, ensuring standardization and quality. * Loading and unloading vehicles while adhering to safety regulations. * Maintaining the shipping area clean, organized, and compliant with internal procedures. * Actively collaborating with Inventory, Billing, and Transportation departments to ensure continuous operational flow. * Reporting inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or material shortages. **What we seek in the candidate:** * Availability for immediate start; * Completed high school education, with a minimum of **6 months’ experience** in **logistics, shipping, or warehouse functions**; * Basic knowledge of inventory management/ERP systems (experience with Sankhya is a plus); * Proactive profile, detail-oriented, committed, ethical, and possessing strong team communication skills; * Must reside in **Jaboatão dos Guararapes/PE**. **Working Conditions** * **Salary:** R$ 1.983,00 * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:45 Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.983,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have basic knowledge of inventory management/ERP systems?
