HR-related support to managers **Position:** Senior Technical Specialist in Human Resource Management **Gross Salary:** R$ 3\.761,42 **Weekly Working Hours:** 40h **Prerequisites and Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Humanities; * Postgraduate specialization in Human Resource Management is desirable. **Experience and Knowledge:** * Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in Human Resource Management; * Knowledge of workplace human relations, development, implementation, engagement, and retention of personnel. **Technical Competencies:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Preparation of HR management reports and indicators; * Knowledge of competency development processes and tools for mapping technical and behavioral competencies; * Planning and monitoring of training initiatives; * Familiarity with administrative routines; * Knowledge of team sizing tools (preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** * Staffing planning; * Implementation and monitoring of training programs; * Measuring training impact; * Supporting managers on topics related to strategic HR management.
