Responsibilities and Duties: * Develop and qualify robust tools * Ensure tool quality * Interact directly with the Product Owner, negotiate and estimate scope, plan sprints, and collaborate directly with design and QA teams Requirements and Qualifications: * Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields * Experience with various code review techniques * Experience working in teams following agile processes/methodologies * Experience with iOS * Experience with Python * Experience with REST APIs * Knowledge of iOS graphical user interfaces, including components and interactions * Knowledge of test automation / connectivity APIs / UI APIs * Advanced to fluent English * Team leadership * Ability to work with people—identifying their strengths and areas for improvement—and providing feedback to support their growth * Conduct 1:1 sessions to support the career development of team members At CESAR, we implement several practices to foster a more positive routine for our employees: * Flexible working hours * Horizontal organizational structure * Training and development programs * Socially responsible culture aligned with ESG principles, because here, we believe everyone deserves their space.
