You’ll be responsible for: * Performing fiber optic installation tasks indoors and outdoors; * Organizing and repositioning fiber cables, maintaining order in areas where fiber optic cables will be installed, and tidying and cleaning the environment after completing activities; * Performing fiber optic splicing and/or connector fabrication, installing communication equipment (ONT/ONU); * Conducting system validation tests and resolving fiber optic defects when identified; * Documenting service stages and execution according to the defined checklist; * Collaborating in identifying customer issues and needs, as well as proposing solution alternatives; * Providing basic technical information to customers, such as general usage guidelines or safety, maintenance, and service/product optimization measures; * Organizing and maintaining cleanliness and condition of used work tools; * Delivering clear, concise customer service.... **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including Saturday activities and one weekday off per week according to rotating schedule.
