We are seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst who will be responsible for procurement and negotiations for the CISC Train 2 Project at the Abreu e Lima Refinery, a PETROBRAS company, meeting all operational and project execution needs — including local purchases, imports, and medium- and long-term service contracts. The role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes to achieve optimal commercial terms — price, delivery schedule, and quality — through market analysis, supplier selection, quotations, purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and frequently mentoring less experienced buyers. **Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes, aligning them with company objectives and pursuing cost reduction.
* Identify, evaluate, and select strategic suppliers; negotiate long-term contracts; and build solid relationships to ensure fulfillment of agreed commercial terms.
* Conduct price and service quotations, negotiating optimal conditions — price, payment terms, and delivery — for medium- and high-complexity procurements.
* Manage the entire procurement lifecycle — from requisition to product or service receipt — including purchase order issuance and delivery flow tracking.
* Professionals with solid experience in the Procurement sector.
* Support the Procurement Management team in fulfilling PETROBRAS contract surveillance requirements;
* Address surveillance demands by participating in management meetings and maintaining data and information records, issuing reports and local and regional updates;
* Handle logistics-related demands, carrier contracting, KPI reporting, material tracking, and follow-up;
(External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications:
**Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields;
* Solid experience in technical procurement, negotiation, contracts, and ERP/SAP systems;
* Skills: Knowledge of negotiation, data analysis, procurement planning, and contract management;
* Intermediate/advanced English — mandatory
* Basic Spanish would be a plus;
* A postgraduate degree or specialization in this field, project management knowledge, or international trade expertise would be advantageous.
