





Required technical knowledge: Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of inventory control; Experience with management systems. Completed secondary education. Minimum one year of experience in the field. Driver's license is desirable. Job responsibilities: Provide support to the maintenance team; Complete maintenance-related documents, such as equipment departure and return checklists, as well as damage assessment reports; create and close maintenance orders in the system and mobile app. Manage spare parts for repairs; issue invoices for parts dispatch and return; liaise with suppliers; coordinate logistics for shipping and retrieval of materials; Perform other related duties as required or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; monitor inventory levels of spare parts and consumables.
