Job Summary: Responsible for FTTH installation and maintenance, configuring equipment and activating broadband services, as well as resolving technical issues on-site. Key Highlights: 1. FTTH installation and maintenance from the Network Access Point 2. ONT and Wi-Fi router configuration 3. Technical support call handling and on-site troubleshooting **This position is responsible for FTTH installation and maintenance from the Network Access Point to end-users' residences.** Responsibilities include: * internal fiber optic cabling, ONT and Wi-Fi router installation and configuration, and broadband service activation * technical support call handling, on-site troubleshooting, fiber reconnection, and equipment replacement. Requires networking knowledge and customer service skills to ensure rapid internet activation, efficient problem resolution, and high customer satisfaction. Work location: Alto do Mandu, Recife.
