In this role, you will promote students’ personal and academic development, facilitate interaction, mediate conflicts, and support the creation of a more positive learning environment.**RESPONSIBILITIES** **What You Will Do:** * Promote students’ socioemotional development, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive school environment; * Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to resolve behavioral issues and support students’ well-being; * Conduct individual or group counseling sessions with students and/or families, helping to mediate conflicts and encourage dialogue; * Identify specific needs and, when necessary, refer students to external psychological or social support services; * Participate in pedagogical meetings, contributing strategies to improve school climate and interpersonal relationships. *Although we strive to include all major responsibilities and duties associated with this position, not every activity relevant to the role may have been identified.
