In this role, you will work at the school reception desk and must therefore be proactive, possess strong communication skills, relate well with bilingual youth and adults, and be able to thrive in the dynamic environment of a school.**RESPONSIBILITIES** **What you will do:** * Greet and assist all visitors to the school, including parents, students, staff, and others; * Guide and direct internal and external visitors to appropriate areas within the school; * Answer incoming calls, take accurate notes, and forward calls as needed; * Respond to general inquiries and questions; * Assist with departmental spreadsheets and administrative tracking; * Support school events. *While we strive to include all key responsibilities and duties for this position, not every relevant activity may have been identified.
