Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges as Master's Program Coordinator are:** * Support our students in achieving their goals through strong relationships, helping them recognize they should reach out whenever needed to resolve issues related to daily life at the University Center—such as course selection, concerns or complaints about faculty, or other requests and demands that may arise—thereby contributing to students’ educational and career objectives and strengthening our brand. * Collaborate with faculty members diligently and purposefully to continuously improve the teaching process, providing all necessary guidance so they meet academic goals and deadlines, encouraging participation in institutional training programs to deliver a competitive advantage perceived by our students—and thus ensuring constant improvement in academic quality. * Ensure adherence to academic process deadlines—including course offering publication on the portal, activities within experiential learning programs, submission of documentation for teaching internships, qualification, and dissertation. Also supervise research and extension activities, if applicable, as well as leveling activities. * Collaborate with advisory bodies to develop or update the Course Pedagogical Project, building a high-quality project to guarantee our students the best possible teaching quality. * Receive evaluations from the Ministry of Education (MEC), striving to achieve top scores in these assessments. You will also be responsible for providing information to complete SUCUPIRA forms. * Maintain the student database, respond to institutional requests, and handle matters related to the MEC. * Oversee course indicators (KPIs), e.g., NPS, student satisfaction index, and faculty satisfaction index. * Lead the new student recruitment plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek a professional with:** * Qualification: Doctorate; * Preferred experience as faculty or in management roles within the market; * Preferred knowledge of or interest in active learning methodologies; * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the subject matter; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject; * An updated Lattes curriculum is mandatory; this is one of the elimination criteria. **Additional Information** We believe in the excellence of our teaching and therefore value graduates from our institutions in our selection processes.
