Operate and maintain gas plant activities to ensure safety procedures and operational efficiency, monitoring and controlling gas production and quality; inspecting and regularly maintaining gas operation functionality; performing necessary equipment repairs; carrying out regular maintenance, testing, and adjustments; executing shutdown, startup, and operational logging procedures for gas operations in compliance with defined internal procedures and relevant legislation and regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and maintain gas plant activities, extracting gases using blowers and directing them to the combustion system, following defined safety and efficiency procedures; * Monitor physical process variables of gas production—such as pressure, flow rate, and temperature—and control gas production and quality, adhering to defined specifications; * Perform inspection and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment and their functions, carrying out minor repairs to correct gas production processes, following instructions from immediate supervisors to avoid production interruptions; * Conduct field measurements using portable measuring devices to control gas production and quality, observing defined parameters to meet customer standards; * Ensure preservation and cleanliness of gas production process equipment, physically monitoring all equipment to verify proper operation, performing required tests and adjustments per equipment specifications and immediate supervisor guidance; * Control biogas quality by verifying drying and filtration systems feeding into the gas analyzer, observing company-defined procedures and references; * Perform other duties related to the position upon request from the immediate supervisor; * Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific management system, using preventive equipment, observing regulatory norms and procedures, reporting deviations, and proposing corrections for unsafe acts to support implementation and maintenance of normative, legal, and regulatory requirements governing the IMS; * Participate in internal events/campaigns/training programs related to the IMS. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum Education: Completed Technical School (Instrumentation, Electronics, Automation, Electrotechnics, Chemistry, Mechanics, etc.); * Solid knowledge and understanding of safety regulations and procedures; ability to work independently and interpret and apply technical documents; * Organizational skills, communication and interpersonal abilities, problem-solving skills, teamwork and stress-management capabilities, ability to follow instructions, proactivity, organizational sense, urgency awareness, and teamwork further complement the desired profile; * Minimum 1 year of experience in activities relevant to the position held. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
