Job Summary:
An Occupational Safety professional responsible for implementing OHS policies, conducting inspections, developing educational activities, and investigating accidents, with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.

3. Management and investigation of workplace accidents
* Draft, participate in drafting, and implement the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policy;
* Conduct inspections, monitoring, and evaluations across all work environments;
* Identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment.
* Develop educational activities in the field of occupational health and safety;
* Participate in expert assessments and inspections, and engage in negotiation processes;
* Investigate and analyze accidents and recommend preventive and control measures;
* Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS);
* Issue the PPP (Previdenciário Profissiográfico Profile);
* Schedule medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, change-of-function, and termination);
* Organize and conduct the CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) electoral process and train CIPA members.
* Manage delivery, replacement, and registration of PPE and uniforms;
* Monitor departmental indicators;
* Perform periodic tests on fire and panic alarm systems;
***Requirements:*** Assertive communication skills and willingness to travel. Knowledge of fire protection projects is desirable.
Prior experience in organizing and implementing the CIPA electoral process and training, as well as organizing SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention);
Proficiency in: Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), tracking CIPA meetings, monitoring commission activities, managing programs including PGR (Risk Assessment Program), PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program), LTCAT (Technical Report on Hazardous Activities), reports on insalubrity and danger, preparing accident investigation reports, and handling e-social reporting events (S-2220, S-2210, and S-2240).
