Within our program, we encourage hiring women, Black individuals, people with disabilities, and individuals representing diverse intersections of these identities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update production-area indicators (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety); * Participate in task forces to identify root causes of issues affecting performance indicators and develop action plans for resolution; * Lead rapid improvements (Kaizens) in the production area; * Apply academic knowledge and develop improvement projects based on technical criteria; * Prepare reports and presentations to report results to unit management; * Support factory managers in data collection, data management, and action planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Enrolled in the 2nd through 9th semester of Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems and Automation, or Programming Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable; * Knowledge of Power BI, Yellow Belt, or Green Belt is considered a plus. **Additional Information** Work Location: Dexco Factory – Deca Sanitary Ware, Recife – Cabo de Santo Agostinho Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM [Monday to Friday] Work Model: **On-site** [Monday to Friday] With over 74 years of history and 12,000 employees, the company is headquartered in São Paulo and operates 22 industrial and forestry units across Brazil and Colombia.
