Job Summary: We are seeking a Diesel Mechanic for preventive and corrective maintenance of engines and systems in vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal operation and performance of the fleet. Knowledge of mechanical fault diagnosis We are seeking a professional to work as a Diesel Mechanic, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of diesel-powered vehicle and equipment engines and systems, ensuring proper operation, safety, and fleet performance. Requirements: \- Completed High School (Technical Diploma in Diesel Mechanics or related courses preferred). \- Proven experience in diesel vehicle maintenance (heavy-duty line). \- Knowledge of mechanical fault diagnosis. \- Skills in disassembly, assembly, and repair of engines, brake systems, suspension, transmission, and clutch. \- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems – preferred. \- Advanced training courses in the field (engines, brakes, electrical systems, diesel electronic injection, etc.) – preferred. \- Driver's License Category D and E – preferred. \- Experience with various vehicle brands and models – preferred. \- Organization and care for tools and workplace. \- Proactivity and problem-solving skills. \- Commitment and sense of responsibility. \- Teamwork. \- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
