Job Summary:
The professional will manage customer service, service orders, spare parts inventory, and assist in emergency situations, following safety regulations.
Key Highlights:
1. Customer service and service scheduling, inventory control, and emergency response.
2. Driver's license Category D required; undergraduate studies in progress.
3. Work in compliance with Integrated Management and Safety standards.
Customer service (by phone/email/in person); sending and verifying emails; creating preventive, corrective, and accident-related service orders; contacting customers and suppliers; service scheduling.
Closing service orders after completion; controlling inventory of spare parts and materials required for vehicle maintenance, ensuring sufficient supplies and efficient purchasing; assisting in managing and organizing emergency situations, such as accidents or mechanical failures, ensuring appropriate actions are taken by relevant teams; alerting supervisors/responsible personnel upon identifying non-conformities; working in accordance with Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards.
