#### **ABOUT THE POSITION:** * We are hiring an SDR Assistant (Sales Development Representative). #### **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience; * Experience in sales or customer service; * Ability to persuade and negotiate; * Resilience to work with targets; * Communicative profile, clear-minded, and capable of building excellent relationships with clients. Skilled in verbal and written communication; * Coachability to learn from feedback; * Have a sales instinct and focus on results; * Knowledge of Lead and Customer Management software (CRM); * Inside Sales skills; * B2B sales experience; * Knowledge of sales techniques such as SPIN Selling and BANT; * A determined person who doesn't give up easily. #### **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Make call sequences to leads; * Boost top-of-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers; * Meet targets according to strategic planning; * Qualify leads; * Perform follow-ups with leads; * Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM - CRM Management; * Focus on meetings held and number of sales achieved; * Schedule meetings for Sales Executives (Closers); * Monitor metrics and data to improve the process; * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead acquisition strategies. #### **WORK HOURS:** * 40 weekly hours, Monday through Friday, during business hours. * One-hour break.
