





Data Analyst with Focus on AI and Optimization We are seeking a professional for the position of Data Analyst. This is a temporary CLT contract for 6 months, with strong potential for permanent hiring. Your mission will be to leverage data and Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency, optimize logistics, and strengthen the company’s financial control. Job Details * Work arrangement: Hybrid (70% on-site, 30% remote). * Contract: Temporary CLT (6 months), with high likelihood of permanent conversion. * Compensation: BRL 3,000.00 to BRL 4,600.00 (negotiable) * Benefits: Medical and dental insurance, childcare allowance, life insurance, meal voucher, and transportation voucher. Key Responsibilities * Develop and apply AI algorithms to optimize routes, reducing transportation time and costs. * Use predictive analytics to identify and manage risks across the supply chain. * Automate manual processes, ensuring high data reliability and eliminating rework. * Conduct predictive and diagnostic analyses to provide strategic support for accounts receivable management. Collaborate with IT and Finance teams, leading the implementation of data solutions. Requirements and Experience * Proficiency in SQL for handling and querying large volumes of data. * Practical knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python or R) for data analysis and modeling. * Strong foundation in Data Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields (IT experience preferred). * Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for managerial decision-making. * Familiarity with data architecture (e.g., Data Warehouses / Data Lakes) is a plus.
